This magnificent private hunting ranch is located North of the Vail Valley in game management units 35 and 36. Very limited hunting pressure on this nearly 50 square mile ranch has resulted in world calss mule deer bucks, and impressive bull elk. This private Ranch lies right in the middle of the area that has produced more Boone and Crockett mule deer than any other place in the world! In an effort to maintain the impressive quality of the bucks on this Ranch, we expect our hunters to set their sights on bucks that score a minimum of 180 Boone and Crockett! The fall air is full of the sound of big bulls bugling throughout the ranch, an experience that all true sportsman should enjoy. Our focus is to only harvest the most mature bulls on the ranch in an effort to maintain the highest possible quality of game for our clients to pursue.
Our guests will stay in our beautiful hunitng lodge located right on the Ranch, and enjoy all of the modern comforts expected on a world class hunt.

ARCHERY ELK LICENSES ARE AVAILABLE OVER THE COUNTER. ELK MUZZLELOADER LICENSES ARE NOW UNIT SPECIFIC WITH NO HISTORY AS TO HOW MANY PREFERENCE POINTS WILL BE REQUIRED. FIRST RIFLE ELK TAGS ARE THROUGH THE DRAW AND AVAILABLE WITH NO PREFERENCE POINTS OR THROUGH THE LEFT OVER LICENSE SYSTEM. 2ND SEASON AND 3RD SEASON ELK LICENSES ARE AVAILABLE OVER THE COUNTER.
ALL DEER LICENSES FOR THIS RANCH ARE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE DRAW, LEFT OVER LICENSING SYSTEM OR THROUGH THE LANDOWNER VOUCHER PROGRAM. NOVEMBER 17-21 DEER TAGS WILL REQUIRE THE HUNTER TO HAVE AT LEAST 3 PREFERENCE POINTS TO DRAW THE TAG, OR BE ISSUED THROUGH A LAND OWNER VOUCHER FROM THE RANCH.
