This great trophy deer hunt is located in Grand County, Colorado near the small town of Parshall. Our hunters enjoy exclusive use of nearly 5,000 acres of private ranch land, and thousands of additional adjoining public lands in Game Management units 18 and 28. These great private ranches are home to many monster bucks that migrate down out of the high country in late October. Our game management program for these properties has resulted in high numbers of trophy class mule deer bucks, with some scoring near or above the magical 200 B&C mark! Very limited hunting (a maximum of 4 hunters per season) on these ranches provides our guests with a truly world class mule deer hunting experience. Our clients stay in a beautifully furnished home located right on one of the private ranches. With the other private ranches nearby it is a great set-up for an awesome mule deer hunt. All of the properties are cleary marked and detailed maps of the private ranches are provided to our hunters to help them determine where all of their private hunting is located. A member of our guide staff is available the day before the hunt begins to tour the properties with our guests and discuss access points, hunting strategies and to answer any questions our clients may have. Our hunters have the option of adding guides to the hunt for an additional fee, and several of our guests have realized the valuse in having these guides assist in the hunts. Guests also have the option of letting our staff handle all the shopping, cooking and dishes for an additional fee. The opportunity to harvest a solid mature 170+ class deer on this hunt has been a perfect 100%.

TWO LICENSES ARE AVAILABLE FOR THE NOVEMBER 6-10 DEER HUNT, ONE IS VALID ON BOTH PUBLIC AND PRIVATE LANDS AND TRADITIONALLY CAN BE DRAWN WITH ZERO TO 1 PREFERENCE POINTS OR THROUGH A VOUCHER ISSUED THROUGH THE RANCH. THE SECOND LICENSE VALID FOR THE NOVEMBER 6-10 DEER HUNT IS VALID ONLY ON PRIVATE PROPERTY, TRADITIONALLY REQUIRES NO PREFERENCE POINTS TO DRAW, OR CAN ALSO BE OBTAINED THROUGH THE LEFT-OVER SALE OR BY VOUCHER THROUGH THE RANCH.
IN THE PAST THE LICENSE FOR THE NOVEMBER 17-21 DEER HUNT IS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE DRAW AND TRADITIONALLY REQUIRES A MINIMUM OF 1-2 PREFERENCE POINTS, THIS LICENSE CAN ALSO BE SECURED THROUGH A VOUCHER ISSUED TO THE HUNTER THROUGH THE RANCH.
